New Janome MC9400 Sewing Machine Coming in May

Janome Memory Craft 9400 QCP Sewing MachineThe Janome Memory Craft 9400 is coming to Temecula Valley Sewing Center in May 2016. This fabulous new top-of-the-line sewing machine has an amazing arm length, sure to be a hit with quilters.

I don’t think we could take away from the excitement if we tried. Honestly, how many sewing machines do you know that boast an arm length that allows 11 full inches to the right of the needle? The great features don’t stop there; Janome’s Full Intensity Lighting System, a built in walking foot (AccuFeed Flex), 3 needle plates, and more!

You’re probably thinking that I’m wrong about calling this machine the top-of-the-line. Well, it is unless you need embroidery. So, it’s the top of the line sewing machine that Janome wanted to fill the gap between the Memory Craft 8900 and the Memory Craft 9900 OK?  Seriously, think about some of our favorite features:

  1. The 9400 has Janome’s automatic presser foot lift. Until now, this was only available on their MC12000 and MC15000
  2. There are 350 built-in stitches up to 9mm wide, including 3 alphabets
  3. There are 11 one-step buttonholes
  4. Janome’s Superior Needle Threader is included
  5. The machine comes with 3 needle plates
    • Standard zig-zag
    • Straight stitch
    • Quarter inch
  6. Janome’s AccuFeed Flex (built-in walking foot) is included
  7. USB port and direct PC connections
  8. Create your own stitches with Stitch Composer software (included)
  9. Variable zig-zag for free motion quilting is included
  10. Adjustable knee lift (like a third hand)
  11. So much more!

I can't wait to see this machine! I'm a quilter, but also love sewing scrubs for the girls at work.

Don't need the USB port for more stitches. Love my 8900. Why spend extra $$$$? ... maybe when price comes down.

Ginny, there are a lot more differences between the 8900 and the 9400 than just a USB port and more stitches. We've made a nice comparison chart available. Knowing what you paid for your 8900, I think you'd be surprised at what we are selling the 9400 for.

Can you please give me an estimated cost for the MC9400? I don't know if it is going to be in my price range, fingers crossed.
Thank you.

You'll need to call. This is a Janome schedule A sewing machine, which means I can't quote prices online. Our phone number is (951) 694-9576.
